Great location: the hotel is situated in a prime location, close to many restaurants and the popular tourist attractions. Beautiful room: the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony offering a lovely view of the surroundings. Excellent service: the staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to accommodate guests' needs.

Noisy mornings: the lack of soundproofing in the rooms made it difficult to sleep in, as noise from the street and passersby could be heard. Limited amenities: Some guests mentioned that the hotel lacked certain amenities, such as air conditioning during winter months and enough sunbeds by the pool.

The rooftop pool at Hotel Fernando III was a highlight of our stay. We enjoyed a refreshing swim and sipped on drinks while taking in the beautiful sunset views. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions and plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay.

Prime location! All sights within walkable distance, even the tram stop. Clean and spacious rooms equipped with complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee-making facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. Fantastic rooftop terrace and pool- a blessing on hot days!

I was impressed with the location of this hotel, as it was situated in the heart of a beautiful and historic district. The rooftop swimming pool was a great way to cool off in the afternoon, although it was busy at times. The room itself was immaculately clean and spacious, with lovely views from the sunny balcony. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a future stay.

That our room didn't have a view of the city or the streets, but we understand that it may be due to our room preference. So, if having a view is important to you, it would be best to request a room on a higher floor.

In addition, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with printing tickets and giving advice about this city. Best of all, the location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the Cathedral and surrounded by many amazing restaurants.
